Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HAUS8 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated HAUS8 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher HAUS8 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HAUS8 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA show a favorable association.
DLBC, SKCM, and UCEC are the cancer types where HAUS8 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
