HAUS8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HAUS8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,831 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAUS8-associated genes across cancer lineages are HIRIP3, TKT, and H2AZ1. Each is linked with HAUS8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAUS8-to-partner and partner-to-HAUS8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HIRIP3 grouped by HAUS8-low versus HAUS8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAUS8→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAUS8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
