HAUS8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HAUS8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAUS8-associated genes across cancer lineages are RESP18, SLC22A6, and IFNA17. Each is linked with HAUS8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAUS8-to-partner and partner-to-HAUS8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RESP18 grouped by HAUS8-low versus HAUS8-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAUS8→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAUS8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
