HAUS7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HAUS7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAUS7-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXO3a_pS318_S321, Cyclin-B1, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with HAUS7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAUS7-to-partner and partner-to-HAUS7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAUS7→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAUS7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
