HAUS6P3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HAUS6P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,181 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAUS6P3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of mRNA 3'-end processing, Negative regulation of telomere maintenance, and Intraciliary transport involved in cilium assembly. Each is linked with HAUS6P3 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAUS6P3-to-partner and partner-to-HAUS6P3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of mRNA 3'-end processing grouped by HAUS6P3-low versus HAUS6P3-high in UVM.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAUS6P3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAUS6P3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
