Across TCGA patient cohorts, HAUS6P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,077 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAUS6P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleobase-containing compound transport, Telomerase RNA localization, and Positive regulation of DNA biosynthetic process. Each is linked with HAUS6P2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAUS6P2-to-partner and partner-to-HAUS6P2 results are reported.
