HAUS5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HAUS5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAUS5-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBX5, EPPIN, and GZMK. Each is linked with HAUS5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAUS5-to-partner and partner-to-HAUS5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TBX5 grouped by HAUS5-low versus HAUS5-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAUS5→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAUS5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
