HAUS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HAUS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAUS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1169P, MIR4727, and MIR7974. Each is linked with HAUS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAUS2-to-partner and partner-to-HAUS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1169P grouped by HAUS2-low versus HAUS2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAUS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAUS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
