HASPIN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HASPIN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,913 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HASPIN-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNY4P16, MTND3P24, and PRAMEF11. Each is linked with HASPIN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HASPIN-to-partner and partner-to-HASPIN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNY4P16 grouped by HASPIN-low versus HASPIN-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HASPIN→partner) and Y-score (partner→HASPIN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
