HAS3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HAS3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,029 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAS3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are OPA1, CRYL1, and AHCYL1. Each is linked with HAS3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAS3-to-partner and partner-to-HAS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HAS3 versus OPA1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
