HAS3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HAS3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,036 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CETN4P, CARD8, and RAPGEFL1. Each is linked with HAS3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAS3-to-partner and partner-to-HAS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HAS3 versus CETN4P in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.56.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
