HAS3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HAS3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,230 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL23AP36, PSKH2, and TRAJ47. Each is linked with HAS3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAS3-to-partner and partner-to-HAS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL23AP36 grouped by HAS3-low versus HAS3-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
