HAS3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HAS3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1QL2 and OR10W1. Each is linked with HAS3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAS3-to-partner and partner-to-HAS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C1QL2 grouped by HAS3-low versus HAS3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
