HAS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HAS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,916 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP1R18_S368, CRISPLD2, and AKAP12_T1116. Each is linked with HAS1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAS1-to-partner and partner-to-HAS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HAS1 versus PPP1R18_S368 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
