Across TCGA patient cohorts, HAS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYP4F29P, PPP6R2, and P3H3. Each is linked with HAS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAS1-to-partner and partner-to-HAS1 results are reported.
