Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HAS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,184 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HAS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS22P1, RTKN2, and GSKIP. Each is linked with HAS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAS1-to-partner and partner-to-HAS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPS22P1 grouped by HAS1-low versus HAS1-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
