Across TCGA patient cohorts, HAS1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HAS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, A-Raf_pS299, and ATM. Each is linked with HAS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAS1-to-partner and partner-to-HAS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by HAS1-low versus HAS1-high in UCEC.
