HAS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HAS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1L3, DRD3, and CCDC60. Each is linked with HAS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAS1-to-partner and partner-to-HAS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1L3 grouped by HAS1-low versus HAS1-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
