HARS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HARS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,480 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HARS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KDM3B, GEMIN5, and RARS1. Each is linked with HARS2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HARS2-to-partner and partner-to-HARS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HARS2 versus KDM3B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HARS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HARS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
