HARS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HARS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,144 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HARS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HDAC3, ANKHD1, and RBM22. Each is linked with HARS2 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HARS2-to-partner and partner-to-HARS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HARS2 versus HDAC3 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HARS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HARS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
