HARS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HARS1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HARS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2, NDRG1_pT346, and p27_pT157. Each is linked with HARS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HARS1-to-partner and partner-to-HARS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK2 grouped by HARS1-low versus HARS1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HARS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HARS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
