HARBI1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HARBI1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,501 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HARBI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OFD1P6Y, BCAS2P1, and OR11H12. Each is linked with HARBI1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HARBI1-to-partner and partner-to-HARBI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OFD1P6Y grouped by HARBI1-low versus HARBI1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HARBI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HARBI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
