HAR1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HAR1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,080 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAR1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to tumor necrosis factor, Leukocyte apoptotic process, and Corticospinal tract morphogenesis. Each is linked with HAR1B in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAR1B-to-partner and partner-to-HAR1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Response to tumor necrosis factor grouped by HAR1B-low versus HAR1B-high in TGCT.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAR1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAR1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
