HAPLN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HAPLN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,535 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAPLN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL37, PIGW, and YRDC. Each is linked with HAPLN1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAPLN1-to-partner and partner-to-HAPLN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPL37 grouped by HAPLN1-low versus HAPLN1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAPLN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAPLN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
