Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HAPLN1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HAPLN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, eIF4E, and FASN. Each is linked with HAPLN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAPLN1-to-partner and partner-to-HAPLN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by HAPLN1-low versus HAPLN1-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAPLN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAPLN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
