HAPLN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HAPLN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAPLN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRR23B, MDFIC2, and FAM216B. Each is linked with HAPLN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAPLN1-to-partner and partner-to-HAPLN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRR23B grouped by HAPLN1-low versus HAPLN1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAPLN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAPLN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
