HAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HER3_pY1289, CD49b, and YAP_pS127. Each is linked with HAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAP1-to-partner and partner-to-HAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HER3_pY1289 grouped by HAP1-low versus HAP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
