HAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 282 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DPRX, CST9L, and FXYD4. Each is linked with HAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAP1-to-partner and partner-to-HAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DPRX grouped by HAP1-low versus HAP1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
