Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HAND1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 333 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HAND1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP415, MTND2P38, and SQSTM1P1. Each is linked with HAND1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAND1-to-partner and partner-to-HAND1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP415 grouped by HAND1-low versus HAND1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAND1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAND1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
