HAL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HAL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,607 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAL-associated genes across cancer lineages are ETFA, HAUS1, and NTAN1. Each is linked with HAL in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAL-to-partner and partner-to-HAL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ETFA grouped by HAL-low versus HAL-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAL→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
