HAL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HAL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HAL-associated genes across cancer lineages are CST9, SPATA31A5, and OR1L3. Each is linked with HAL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HAL-to-partner and partner-to-HAL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CST9 grouped by HAL-low versus HAL-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HAL→partner) and Y-score (partner→HAL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
