HADHAP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HADHAP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,289 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HADHAP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TGFB3, ENPP1, and VCAN_S1349. Each is linked with HADHAP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HADHAP2-to-partner and partner-to-HADHAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HADHAP2 versus TGFB3 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HADHAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HADHAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
