HADHA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HADHA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,664 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HADHA-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL31P9, UBL5P1, and MIR4698. Each is linked with HADHA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HADHA-to-partner and partner-to-HADHA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL31P9 grouped by HADHA-low versus HADHA-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HADHA→partner) and Y-score (partner→HADHA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
