HADHA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HADHA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HADHA-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4D2, ACSM6, and CFHR2. Each is linked with HADHA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HADHA-to-partner and partner-to-HADHA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4D2 grouped by HADHA-low versus HADHA-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HADHA→partner) and Y-score (partner→HADHA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
