Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HADH Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated HADH data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where higher HADH Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HADH expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
PRAD, LUSC, and SKCM are the cancer types where HADH Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
