HADH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HADH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,635 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HADH-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR138-1, RN7SKP263, and RNU2-13P. Each is linked with HADH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HADH-to-partner and partner-to-HADH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR138-1 grouped by HADH-low versus HADH-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HADH→partner) and Y-score (partner→HADH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
