HADH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HADH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HADH-associated genes across cancer lineages are C9orf92, CLRN2, and SLC5A8. Each is linked with HADH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HADH-to-partner and partner-to-HADH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C9orf92 grouped by HADH-low versus HADH-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HADH→partner) and Y-score (partner→HADH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
