HACL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HACL1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HACL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and JNK2. Each is linked with HACL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HACL1-to-partner and partner-to-HACL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK_pT183_Y185 grouped by HACL1-low versus HACL1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HACL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HACL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
