HABP4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HABP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,068 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HABP4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEPTIN7, TLN2, and HABP4_S108. Each is linked with HABP4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HABP4-to-partner and partner-to-HABP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HABP4 versus SEPTIN7 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HABP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→HABP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
