Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HABP4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,469 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HABP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTTG1, JAM3, and ASF1B. Each is linked with HABP4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HABP4-to-partner and partner-to-HABP4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HABP4 versus PTTG1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HABP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→HABP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
