Across TCGA patient cohorts, HABP4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HABP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are mTOR_pS2448, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, and PDCD4. Each is linked with HABP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HABP4-to-partner and partner-to-HABP4 results are reported.
