Across TCGA cell cohorts, HABP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,067 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HABP4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are PML body organization, Nuclear body organization, and Regulation of vesicle docking. Each is linked with HABP4 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HABP4-to-partner and partner-to-HABP4 results are reported.
