HABP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HABP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HABP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACC1, STAT3_pY705, and TFRC. Each is linked with HABP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HABP2-to-partner and partner-to-HABP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACC1 grouped by HABP2-low versus HABP2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HABP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HABP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
