HABP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HABP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HABP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR51G1, NPS, and OR11H2. Each is linked with HABP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HABP2-to-partner and partner-to-HABP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR51G1 grouped by HABP2-low versus HABP2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HABP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HABP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
