H6PD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H6PD RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,888 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H6PD-associated genes across cancer lineages are HP1BP3, UBE4B, and CDK13. Each is linked with H6PD in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H6PD-to-partner and partner-to-H6PD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, H6PD versus HP1BP3 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H6PD→partner) and Y-score (partner→H6PD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
