H6PD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H6PD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,097 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H6PD-associated genes across cancer lineages are GINS3, MTHFD1, and C1QBP. Each is linked with H6PD in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H6PD-to-partner and partner-to-H6PD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GINS3 grouped by H6PD-low versus H6PD-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H6PD→partner) and Y-score (partner→H6PD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
