H6PD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H6PD mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H6PD-associated genes across cancer lineages are STAT3_pY705, Cyclin-B1, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with H6PD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H6PD-to-partner and partner-to-H6PD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STAT3_pY705 grouped by H6PD-low versus H6PD-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H6PD→partner) and Y-score (partner→H6PD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
