H6PD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, H6PD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 81 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H6PD-associated genes across cancer lineages are AVP, SEC14L4, and SLC13A5. Each is linked with H6PD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H6PD-to-partner and partner-to-H6PD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AVP grouped by H6PD-low versus H6PD-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H6PD→partner) and Y-score (partner→H6PD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
