H4C9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H4C9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,141 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H4C9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to CENP-A containing chromatin, Negative regulation of megakaryocyte differentiation, and Protein localization to chromosome, centromeric region. Each is linked with H4C9 in more than 29 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H4C9-to-partner and partner-to-H4C9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein localization to CENP-A containing chromatin grouped by H4C9-low versus H4C9-high in SCLC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H4C9→partner) and Y-score (partner→H4C9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
