H4C9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, H4C9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 854 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible H4C9-associated genes across cancer lineages are FIGLA, MIR7702, and SNX18P26. Each is linked with H4C9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both H4C9-to-partner and partner-to-H4C9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FIGLA grouped by H4C9-low versus H4C9-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (H4C9→partner) and Y-score (partner→H4C9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
